  • El Rosario Cabañas: Nestled off the beaten path, these adorable cabanas offer a rustic yet charming stay. At first glance, it may not seem like much, but once we arrived, we were charmed by the cleanliness and efficiency of the cabins. With amazing views of the town and outdoor lights creating a magical ambiance, the personal fire pit was a highlight for our family evenings.

  • Matices Hotel de Barricas: This hotel is a must-see, even if you don’t stay here! The unique rooms are crafted from tequila barrels, making it a fun experience for kids and adults alike. The property is beautifully landscaped with agave plants, and you can easily book a meal or a distillery tour here.

  • Hotel Solar de las Ánimas: Although we didn’t stay here due to its pet policy, this hotel is stunning and located in the heart of town. With a beautiful pool and excellent amenities, it’s a great option for families wanting easy access to Tequila’s attractions.

  • La Antigua Casona: For a taste of traditional Mexican cuisine, head to La Antigua Casona. Their extensive menu features local specialties and is family-friendly, making it an excellent choice for a leisurely lunch.

  • Restaurant Bar La Ronda: This vibrant restaurant offers a mix of traditional and contemporary dishes, all while you enjoy the lively atmosphere of Tequila. Their outdoor seating is perfect for families looking to soak up the sun.
